Whole machine warranty policy

Warranty policy

Within 7 days from the date of signing for the purchase of large walnut products, if the packaging, accessories and invoice are complete, the appearance of the mobile phone is intact and there is no artificial damage, and there is a performance failure listed in the "Mobile Phone Product Performance Fault Table", you can return, replace or repair it for free according to your choice. For products sold on the official website and the Big Walnut Authorized Experience Store, 7-day no-reason returns are supported as long as the appearance of the mobile phone is intact and there is no human damage, and the packaging, accessories and invoices are complete.  

Within 8-15 days from the date of signing for the purchase of large walnut products, the main machine has no damage, no water intrusion, and no artificial damage in appearance, and at the same time there are performance failures listed in the "Mobile Phone Commodity Performance Fault Table", which can be replaced or repaired free of charge according to your choice. After the exchange, the phone can still enjoy the normal return service, but it cannot enjoy the no-reason return service.  

Within 12 months from the date of signing for the purchase of large walnut products, the main unit has no damage, no water intrusion, and no artificial damage in appearance, and at the same time there are performance failures listed in the "Mobile Phone Commodity Performance Fault Table", you can repair it free of charge. 

The warranty period of the standard accessories that come with the main unit is based on the date you sign for the purchase of the main unit: charger, data cable, headphones, and internal and external batteries, and you can enjoy a 12-month warranty.  

Within one year from the date of purchase, if the external screen is damaged and burst for any reason, this brand promises to replace the new external screen for you free of charge.


Random Gift Warranty Policy

The free gifts included with your purchase are eligible for normal exchange and repair services, but not for return.

If you need to return the product you purchased, you must return the free gifts as well. If the free gifts are lost, damaged, have cosmetic damage, or if any stickers or other free gifts have been opened, your purchased product will not be eligible for normal return service.


Non-warranty policy

In any of the following situations, you will not be eligible for free returns, exchanges, or warranty services, and you may choose to pay for repairs:

The warranty period has expired;

The warranty certificate does not match the actual product description or has been altered;

Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, misuse, collisions, liquid damage, modifications, or improper software installation causing product quality issues, or the product label, anti-counterfeiting mark, or serial number (IMEI) being torn or altered;

Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, or care for the product as required by the user manual;

Damage to the phone and its accessories caused by human error;

Damage caused by force majeure events such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes;

Using non-original parts resulting in phone malfunctions or accidents;
